I would like to know what is happening with the lives we have accumulated in the Candy Crush Saga. The envelope of lives is constantly zeroed, with no life saved. I have always trusted in the credibility of this game, so much that I have been playing for a long time and I am always buying items in the store, generating profits for this company. Who is responsible for this technical issue? How to solve this problem that I know doesn’t just happen to me. Several players are disgusted and are giving up the game for this reason.

There are many reasons why the accumulated lives fall to 0, you can read a lot in the link from Kiara. From my experience on Facebook and with a lot of friends, it is mostly due to cleaning programs. At least on the PC and browser. This will reset the temporarily stored data, such as lives and daily rewards.
