Treat calendar and Fantastic five not increasing.

I sign out of the game daily and my cache is cleared daily as well. For about the last month, the treat calendar has never progressed past day 1 even though I play every day. It is is the same thing with the fantastic five, the level hasn't moved even though I sign in every day.

If both features are not working and standard troubleshooting tips do not help , maybe you would be better off uninstalling and reinstalling the game, Please bear in mind if you do this on a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES
