Loss of playing status

I have been playing this game for a few years and have only missed a few days a couple of times. However two times over the last 12 months, I was bumped down to newbie status/day! I discovered this when I signed in the next day after I had been playing the day before. Check the dates if you like. I enjoyed getting the extra perks for being a regular player. Why was this done to me?

    Hi @marylubell Kiara is right and a screenshot would help, but I am wondering if you are talking about the Daily Treat Calendar. If you are then unfortunately there is a long standing issue with the Calendar that causes it to reset to day one. It is not much, but here is a little information about the issue.

    I'm not sure for which problem you are trying to find the solution, because the game does not have a newbie or any such status.

    I can see you are Newbie in the community, is this your problem ?
