Level 8269. For this level try to play from middle and make special candy. Use more striped candy or combine striped candy with other special candy to move the ingredients. and please check this video hope give some Tips

Yea, OK, except that ain't happening in real life! Us poor folk only have 17 moves!!

looks like King are trying to push people to spend money on moves and bonuses. Level is now down to 13 moves. Impossible without bonuses or coins to buy extra moves. I’ve only just reinstalled after a couple of years away. Looks like I’ll be deleting the app again. 🤬
