Candy Crash Windows 10 freezes within a few seconds

I just installed the game from Windows 10 Store and when started it freezes after a few seconds (PC does not freeze). I was able to login clicking and pasting user and password very quickly but I do not even have time to enter a level. I'm on level 300 something so not a new level. I reset the app in Windows and even reinstalled but it's the same :(

Welcome to the friendly King Community.

You must have turned on the Windows Auto Update option, so you are facing this problem. Not only you, but I haven't been able to access the game in the last two days because Windows was downloading in the background. After the latest version is fully installed, everything has become normal in my case.
