The daily win feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible. Hopefully you will see your features come back in to the game

Please make sure you have the latest version of the Win10 app. Check if there is an update in your store.
When you're in the game, play some old level, which you're guaranteed to win. Then all functions should be available again.

The Evens or Challenges is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.
