Help me, please. I can't play my game.

Hi there,

I have gone so far in Candy Crush Saga. Today, I logged in but I couldn't start the game. When I click on "play now", a window appears with a message of " We can't run WebGL" (please, see attached screenshot).

Please, advise.

Please make sure your browser is up to date and clear the browser cache, restart your device and try again see if this resolves your issue.

This is normally a temporary error and following the tip above from @kiara_wael will solve your issue. just make sure you clear the browser cache entirely
