Mixed up identity?

I was invited to join a team by a Facebook friend. I accepted & ever since I have been having problems. My bonuses don't show up & even though my picture is still showing I have started getting messages calling me by one of the other team member's name. How can I fix this?

I have never heard of htis happening before. All i can suggest is check your device and game are up to date, log out and clear the cache from your app store or browser log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.

Normally accounts only get mixed up if someone has access to the device you use and then accounts can be merged or connect to wrong profile
