Can you assure me again that you are not only getting lives from your sister but also you are getting regular lives from other friends?

I am not receiving any lives from any friends at all. I often request lives but no-one sends them to me. My sister is not receiving my requests for lives now. I also can't see all my FB friends on the Leader board, I can only see my sister. The weekly lives of my FB friends are also no longer visible. Please help to correct this, it's spoiling my enjoyment of Candy Crush.
