Hi,
I'm stuck in level 2934. It seems other player get to see 3 portals in the bottom and top row. As you can see in the screenshot, I don't.
I play on FB, and use chrome as browser.

When did you last update your game?
You could try the level on the browser version or the desktop version if you have a Windows PC.

i Am having the same problem as everyone else.
no portals.
I emailed support 3 weeks ago and got a generic email saying that some levels are harder than others and keep trying to pass it.
this level isnāt possible to pass without portals.
You can't go through facebook... have to sign in on phone app and use king account to log in, can't use the sign in with Facebook.

I was having same issue even when using my Droid app on my phone.... I figured out I was on the app but using the sign in THROUGH FB ... once I logged out and created a king account linked to my email and signed in with that ... no issue... hope that fixes for some others.

As explained above the issue on the Facebook level has been reported and is awaiting a fix, but you can pass the level if you can play it on the mobile app or the windows 10 app version of the game

That seems to be the trick, but when I play, the candy doesn't fall though the portal :
Another one for level 2934. There are NO PORTALS on the bottom and top of the board. The fruit will not go up, it's just stuck at the bottom and nothing happens.
When the icing is cleared the top portion remains completely empty. With this board I should be able to finish this level with no issues, but I literally cannot because of the missing portals.
I also have this same issue. Canāt see how it is possible to complete and have been stuck on this

Yes I have heard this happening many times you can play the game in Android.

This has been reported so all we can do is be patient and await a fix for the Facebook version, Think it may be holiday season so it may be tomorrow before this is done. if you have access to mobile or win 10 app game you can complete the level on these

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
