I was having same issue even when using my Droid app on my phone.... I figured out I was on the app but using the sign in THROUGH FB ... once I logged out and created a king account linked to my email and signed in with that ... no issue... hope that fixes for some others.

I have the same issue "candy crush level 2934 doesnt have any portals at the bottom"
Does any body know how to fix it?

You can't go through facebook... have to sign in on phone app and use king account to log in, can't use the sign in with Facebook.

The level is now updated and the portals should be back!

i Am having the same problem as everyone else.
no portals.
I emailed support 3 weeks ago and got a generic email saying that some levels are harder than others and keep trying to pass it.
this level isn’t possible to pass without portals.
