Made purchase, no product. Game restarted

I made 2 separate purchases. My credit card was charged but did not receive the products I purchased. First time I purchased bars to continue and complete a level. After purchasing the bars, the level restarted. Didn't get to finish. Second time, I finished a level purchased bars as the bank was full. Went back the bank it is still full, no bars and my card was charged again. Very irritating!
