frozen screen

hi im looking for help i get this far and then my screen is frozen and wont let me click on anything. Any suggestions i have cleared all cache and cookies.

@jojacobs30 Hi and welcome,

Check both you windows and browser are up to date and then clear the browser cache entirely restart your device and then log back in and should resolve your issue

If not try using a different browser to see if that helps or alternatively use the windows 10 app version of the game as this is a far more stable platform to play on
