Can you explain in a little more detail or if possible post a screenshot of your issue, are you getting any error messages
Firstly check your device and game are up to date, log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.
Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
