Help with passing level 1864

I passed 1864 and I did not move on. I removed all the orders and it said I failed...I used 4 candy pops and 3 flying saucers to beat this darn game after being stuck for weeks there. I do not appreciate this and need help moving forward.

Sorry this has happened to you but there are a few reasons that can cause this and unfortunately all you can do is replay the level again and make sure You get Star and Next. please see post below for complete information
