HELP!! All my specials disappeared.

I am using the same laptop I use everyday, playing via FB. Today every special I had saved (I am on level 4795) are GONE. I had 100's of so many. All my gold bars are gone as well (23) I think. Please is there any way I can get them back? Thank you

Try checking you device and browser are up to date and log out, clear your browser cache and restart your device , then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If not please follow the advice above for @kiara_wael and contact customer support so they can look into your issue
