my most recent account that im on level 472 is showing up on my computer but it is on my phone???

iv played this game for along time and spent alot of money on it and i was under the impression that all my progress would transfer over on various devices which it is except on my computer??? Thank you for your time!!!!!!

Yes if you use the same account for all devices your game should sync on all devices. Check your main account by signing in and out and then make sure the details for your computer game are the same.Note only your Level and gold bars transfer between devices and not boosters or lives
