Fantastic five rewards

Received a 1 hour candy bomb reward (second tier) and it won't show up or let me use it on my levels. What gives??

Make sure updated your apps. and If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here, 

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

@itscoochie Hi and welcome

There is sometimes a graphics issue with the feature that shows you should receive your reward but when you add your team scores they do not come to the required total. If this is the case the scores are counted in the background and when you reach the target the rewards are given. If you can supply a screenshot of your F5 i can confirm to you if this is the case or not
