Continue to be told to be patient for the implementation of the "fix" or next leg of the Friend Connections update. Continue to be told "soon". Month's have gone by without the update. Beyond frustrating and losing interest in playing like I'm quite sure many are feeling the same way. If it can't be fixed, uninstall the first leg of the update and work on it until all legs can be implemented at the same time rather than disgruntle all your players. Possibly seek talent in your programming department.

Thank you Freddy for all your help. I have contacted support on numerous occasions about this issue and will attempt to do so again.
