Hi I recently go a second hand iphone from a friend - trying to sync my Candy Crush but no joy with either using the King account for Facebook to log in, I have deleted and reinstalled bot the facebook and the Candy Crush but not working

As a second hand device would try uninstalling both the game and faceboook app if it is on the device, check your device is fully up to date and if android clear the cache from your app store or Iphone clear the cache from safari. Then restart your device and reinstall the game only. Try logging back in and see if your device syncs correctly, if it does then reinstall the facebook app.
If this does not help would suggest contacting customer support to see if they can look into your issue

Hi, I’m another newbie so for what it’s worth … check your iphone settings for app store and for the Candy Crush app and make sure the automatic refresh button is activated on both. Also, I would check for previous discussions about syncing with ios. Hope this helps! 😁
