I've been getting an error loading the game for 3 days now..
The issue seems to be limited to Firefox because it's OK on my phone and on other browsers,
Is there a fix for this please?

@Ginger_Biatch Hi and welcome
All you can do is check your browser is up to date and log out and clear the browser cache entirely. ?Restart your device and log back in to see if this resolves your issue. if not you would need to try another browser or maybe download the windows 10 app version of the game from the microsoft store as this is a far more stable platform
