Like I've mentioned before in the puzzle pursuit threads, I never received the 15 gold bars I was supposed to get for being on the winning Yeti team! My first move was to contact @Crazy Cat Lad from the community about the prize, but she said that only support is responsible for any missing rewards. So I tried to reach them. Repeatedly. All I keep getting two days now is the same automated response, asking me if I need help!! Also, their messages keep telling me to answer above the first line but this is impossible to do! My yahoo email account doesn't allow commentary on an email sent to me! How am I supposed to get around that?! Can someone please help me with this? Can one of the CMs please contact support for me?

The CM's are not able to do this and if they could everyone would be requesting it. Why can you not reply to the automated email even if you cannot reply to the above the first line copy and paste the text into your reply with help needed. They should get the same information from it
It hadn't occurred to me that it was possible to copy and past the line into a new email! I guess I'll have to try that too. I'm not keeping my hopes up that they'll be more responsive that way though. 🙄 My experience with CC's support had always been disappointing to say the least. Anyway. Thank you for your answer @Freddy_.
Unfortunately, copying the line and pasting it into a new email didn't change anything! I got the same unhelpful automated response from support again today! 🤦♀️ I honestly don't know what else to do to make them pay attention to my problem! Any suggestions @Freddy_, @kiara_wael, @Sukanta_Biswas?
You can also contact Player Support via other emails, but you must mention your game ID when sending emails. Since there is no deal in our community about any item purchased or acquired, our CM will not be able to help you with this.
