Why can't I send my friends in my fantastic five any lives?

I don't understand why I can't search or why my friends can't search for me when they need lives to send or request, when they are IN MY TEAM. If they're in my team, I should be able to search and send them lives. Fix this. I'm a long time customer who actually pays a lot of money to this damn addicting game.

Have you try logging out, clear cache, turn off device, and log back in? That procedure normally fixes most problems. We are all players here. The people you want to yell at is players support from your game app. There is a email link in the help center where you can do just that. Good Luck.

There is not an option just to send lives to your friends in Fantastic 5 and you can only send to them if they appear in your Friends list. Do not know if there maybe an idea in the idea section to vote on, but may be worth having a look and voting or if you can not see the idea put this idea in there for people to vote on.

to ipete, yes i have done that several times. on both devices. i should be able to search for my friend, and send a life. i should be able to go to the lower levels and find their score but they don't appear even though we are friends on facebook. all of my other facebook friends appear and i can send them lives.

Welcome to the sweet King Community. Wow, that's weird. It is true that we cannot send or ask for lives from our teammates unless they are added on Facebook or as friends on King.com, but if as you say you already have them added, there is no reason why you cannot do it 🤔
