There are 2 versions of the piggy bank and which group you are in is randomly selected, although the 30 gold bar one has far more people in it. So this just depends on which group you are in and they will change from time to time. So guessing you have been put in the other test group at present.

I do know the CM has asked the game studio to look in to the feature as it seems the pricing is the same for both 30 and 60 gold bars
