You would need to let us know what level this is for us to be able to help you. As you can see from above one level has been reported and is awaiting a fix but if this is not your issue you will need to let us know the level

Free lives cannot be refunded in the game or any free boosters you may have used lost due to this error. unfortunately this can happen and it is something you agree too when you except the terms and conditions of the game

Hi @Chaunb !

The lives will reload and be "refunded" after every 30 min.

If the issue was with level 9576, the level is now fixed and should work correctly.
