How am I supposed to clear this level when I'm not given enough chocolates to do so? As my amount of moves gets lower the chocolate squares become scarce or non existant.

Here are some hints and tips showing how to pass level 1450 Candy Crush Saga without boosters.

Another orders level where you have to collect chocolate.

Clear the blockers around the chocolate machines to allow the chocolate to grow. A vertical stripe fired up the column of blockers is the best.

The allow the chocolate to grow for a few moves before collecting it using any combo you can make.

The chocolate can't grow onto the conveyor so there is no danger of it taking over the board. You can let it grow for several moves before collecting it.
