@Chaunb Hi and welcome,

It is one of the things that can happen and you need to make sure you receive the finishing stars for the level before exiting the game so it registers correctly. You also need to check you account is connected so sign and and back in to make sure you account is connected as well

After passing a level, the level progress will not save until you get scoreboard with star, this means that even if you complete the level, if you close the game before you get the scoreboard with the star, the level will not pass.
