Can you add friends on windows 10 app?

I haven't received any lives in the last two weeks and this is creating big problems in my game! There was always a delay but nothing like that before! So, I've been wondering if I can add any real friends to the game on my own. Is that possible if you're playing CC on windows 10 app? And if so, how it can be done?

@arwen777 Hi Again,

You can only add friends via your facebook friends or Via the king.com/games site and add friends by email. Which ever account you use should show your friends in the game on whatever platform you are using
