No F5 awards

Hi, deliberately decided to log in late for my F5 after my team notified me that the claim was ready. That was yesterday. Today I logged in, only to find that the reward was no longer available. Is this normal.

definitely not normal the F5 should deliver the goods until it physically times out on Wednesday then a new timer is started all points back to zero as far as I can tell.

Finished the tournament almost 9000000 wait to see I guess
