My Kindle is still showing this error message since early June 2021 update. The post here in help center indicates that this problem has been resolved. I did receive a manual upload & an automatic upload, but none of these software updates have fixed the issue for me. I even cleared the cache and removed & reinstalled the game. Please help! Thank you!

My Kindle is finally working-Yay!!! It started on level one, but once I logged in thru Facebook, it went to the correct level.
Thank you to whoever figured out the problem. (4 months later)
