Why didnt i recieve my boosters?

This has happened a few times in past 2/3 weeks. I played the event soda shipwrek to get boosters and after i press give up , i dont get some of the boosters . Attaching the screenshot with this.

Please help, this happened quite a few times.

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
