Level 4903 on a loop with fish hitting a stripe

I play on a MacBook Air. I've passed this level twice but both time it gets stuck on the loop. I've read the other same complaints but I don't see a resolution. How do I get past this level??? Thanks!

Typically, this problem can be caused by an app error, but you can solve it through the following troubleshooting steps.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.
