Missing reward for passing the 15 levels

The last few times that I have made it through the 15 levels to move on to the next "world" I have not received the rewards.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Do you have an internet connection? ive found that, if you play your first level of the episode with internet connection you can enter the 'episode race'. Or else you will not be in the race and you wont get the rewards.

Hi @maryjane117 I think you must be the third/fourth person I have read making a complaint about missing their rewards from the Episode Race, so yes it has happened to other people.

It makes me wonder if this issue is going to be the next Candy Necklace. Hopefully this issue will resolve itself just like that one did.

I do receive the episode race rewards but I'm not getting the ones for completing the episode when I pass the levels with a certain trophy. Does that make sense?....lol I'm bad at explaining things.

With the episode race ive found that I don't get them if I don't log-in by a certain time after it ends

Oh you mean the Master Trophy. The one that gives you +1 life, +1 move and a reduction in the time taken to receive your next life.

I am not sure what to say about that. The rewards for the Master Trophy always appear at the start of the next Episode I think. I have never noticed a time limit, but I usually log in within 24 hours of logging out. Even if it is just to maintain my Daily Treat. I must admit I don't fully understand the whole Master Trophy thing, so could have missed some rewards and not even noticed.

Actually are you talking about the Milestone rewards? The one that gives you +5 lives?

I think it's the trophy thing because it's always once I reach the trophy at the end that I received boosters. That used to happen at the end no matter what.

The time/login I was talking about was the fast 5 race. Lol all these episodes, races, trophies, boosters....it definitely gets confusing! 😵😄

I think you are at a higher level in the game than I am @maryjane117. I am coming up to level 1800 and I don't remember the Master Trophy giving me any boosters.

Yeah I could be wrong on the name, I'm not sure what its called and I only have a few master trophies.....i just remember getting rewards when reaching the end/trophy of whatever kind. Oh well 🤷😄 at least most other things are working just fine. Thanks for all your help my friend 👍😊

Eleven gold bars just for completing an Episode! That is awesome @maryjane117. I have no idea what that is, but I am glad you finally got the rewards.
