Candy crush saga password is wrong

I’m trying to add someone who doesn’t have Facebook. I went to king.com from a computer and when it asked me to log it. It says password is wrong which I know it’s correct. When I asked to re set the password it says email sent but I never get an email to re set the password.I even checked my spam and nothing, any suggestions would be helpful, thank you

Please email our Player Support from HERE so they can check up what happened to your password. They can also manually reset it for you

Remember to let them know the email address of the account you are using and choose "Game didn't save" as the subtopic in the form.
