Hi @materialGirl31 I haven't reached that level yet, so couldn't say for sure. I notice though that your board looks empty, and I would guess that under the level failed banner there is some blockers that needed to be removed to allow more candy to fall. Also I would guess that the chocolate needs to be cleared to allow candy to fall and fill up the lower part of the board.
Not a glitch I would say then.

@materialGirl31 Hi, Its not a glitch but for the level you have to try and stop the chocolate spawning at the top of the board. if it covers the top like on your pic then candies don't fall and eventually you will get the no more moves available. Try to keep some special candies to combat the top getting covered use them wisely
