The Candy Crush Saga error message on the kindle (attached) is a known error for over 2 months since June.

BTW, Candy Crush Soda and Candy Crush Jelly work fine.

Unfortunately this is not something we can tell you and i think you would get the same response from customer support. All we can say is the issue is known and is being investigated and until the game studio solve the issue there is not much else that can be done. You cannot get ETA on any issue as sometimes they are complex and can take some solving
