Instructions are in the first post. The instructions say:
"Simplyย play any level that has a number 10 in the Level Numberย and WIN IT WITH SUGAR STARS.
To get the Sugar Stars, you need to get a high score. The Sugar Stars are blue. You can see what they look like by looking at the screenshots in this thread. Hope this helps you.
