Which device are you play ? make sure please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Have had this glitch a couple of times on different levels and all you can do is fail the level and try again. Normally this does not happen very often but it can and will probably not be the last time you see it. hopefully you will pass the level after trying again with no issues, but always worth doing the standard troubleshooting tips above to make sure you game can run this best it can
