Claiming gold bars

Received an email claiming I have 139 gold bars available. They are not visible on the game. How do I claim them

@Nat_ale Hi and welcome,

The email is usually to tell you that you still have gold bars in your game to use. it is not telling you you have new gold bars to collect. If you can provide a screenshot of the email i can confirm if this is correct or not

I achieved 7550 level and win 40 gold and when I press claim the show system error and I can restart my game and then 40 gold delete automatically how to get claim
