@ChompaStompa you need to strike the bombs at the top so that the toffee swirls can come down. With a vertical stripe underneath the dispensers or a wrapped-striped combo for example. Btw, I had the same problem with that level when I played it! I combined two colourbombs at the beginning of it and the dispenser got blocked and nothing would come out from them! 😬
