Hello @Karen123 and @Yosca did your chocolate box look like the one in my screenshot? If it didn't then this means that you still had the old Chocolate Box. If you still had the old Box then the fact yours has just disappeared may mean that you are just about to receive the new one. Keep playing and make sure your app is up to date.
Yeah I had the new one for a long time @Alienscar And you’re right, before the new chocolate box came, the old one disappeared for some time. Well I’ll see if it returns. Do hope so, because I’ve lost all extra things in the game. (For a long time ago I lost Episode Race, never had the necklace etc…) So yeah that’s a bummer 🤷♀️
Hi @Karen123 earlier this month a few people mentioned that they had lost their Chocolate Boxes and it turned out to be a technical issue.

So I would guess that the Box isn't having another update, but is instead still having technical issues.
Hi @CEG-2 seeing as you spent money on your game, and you aren't happy with the result you might like to try contacting King Support to see if they will give you a refund.
Also note that your Chocolate Box disappearing might be related to you spending money. There is a theory on this forum that if you spend any money on the game then all means of getting free boosters are removed from your game.
