Hi @rowzangel111286 I guess you must be talking about the list of players that show up when you complete a level.
If you are then this list is randomly created by King.
I get what you mean about feeling ignored though. I get quite a few requests for lives and I always accept them. Conversely I have only ever received one life from all my requests.
To be honest I can't think of a reason for why people might ignore a simple request. That said, I have seen some people complain that some of their random friends make requests too often.
