I keep getting asked for my date of birth my account is linked to Facebook so my date of birth is already available to see
I have put a message in to support tonight. Do they take long to get back to you?
I had a request to write my date of birth, however, I typed the days date by accident and now no matter how many times I go through the support, redo my log in then return to my candy crush it says oops you cannot play get in touch with support and says the same thing/s all over again.
Fed up of trying now 🤔🙄
I had this too today and accidentally mistyped the year and now I can't access the game. I'm well above the age limit. Is there a way around this without losing my progress?
@John_Sanders It is obviously a new feature that is being rolled out as I got the same message as well. It won't let you progress to the game unless you enter something.
The reason behind the request would seem to be age related regulations. To be honest all that was needed was an 'are you over 21' option rather than asking for everyones date of birth.

Hi @shellb81 there are two separate issues here. One is that people enter a date, but find the continue button is greyed out and the other issue is like yours were an date has been entered that makes the player too young to play Candy Crush. In the first instance the DOB screen doesn't disappear as it just gets greyed out. In your case the DOB screen disappears because you have successfully entered a date.
All you can do to resolve your issue is to contact King using the CONTACT US button shown in your screenshot, and explain what happened.
