Already. But in your consultation you say that you got half an hour of stripe / bomb and half an hour of color bomb. You say you got it in the morning and in the afternoon it was not in your inventory. That is the explanation. Please try to take screenshots if this continues to occur, so that we can better understand what is happening. Maybe the troubleshooting steps will keep the game running smoothly:
- check that both the browser and the game are up to date.
- Close session
- clear cache
- reboot the device
- log in

Here is a snapshot to show you two things:
(1) You get inventory items as well, see the two candies?
(2) It shows you I lose all my winnings every single time. I don’t get the timed boosters or inventory. My husband, on the other hand, doesn’t get the message that he’s going to lose his winnings. He receives his boosters.
I have already done all the things you requested and in the process lost all my inventory. I know it’s just a game but that really sucks.

We figured it out! So, my husband showed me what he does from start to finish. It appears I misunderstood the “Quit” button after each successful booster is won. I thought if I clicked that I would quit the game and lose the winnings. I guess you either quit and keep your winnings or keep choosing one until you get the ghost guy and lose everything. It also says that in the bubble above the game but somehow misunderstood it.
Before I posted on this forum, I checked the questions/answers section of the game and there was no explanation to how to play. Now I know. Hope it helps everyone else.
