I purchased the gold bars and boosters for $39.99. I've paid for the package deal and never received the things I ordered. I had to purchase another package set in order to keep my streak going. So I paid twice for only one reward. Please refund my money. I would like to ask for a full refund for my inconvenience but I'm not sure if I will receive it

Hi can anyone help. I have been stuck on level 299&300, they play alternatively even when I win levels 299, for over 2 weeks. Any suggestions on how I can move on as it has become too boring to continue playing Candy Crush Saga. Thank you Suzanne
