WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING ON THIS GAME. THEY WILL STOP GIVING YOU THE FREE STUFF!!!! I’ve been playing this game for years and I have completed 9000+ levels. A few months ago I stopped getting the free booster stuff like “fantastic five” or “sweet cinema” or watch a video when I lose to get more moves. I researched this and I think I have figured out what the problem is because evidently this is a VERY common problem. As soon as players make an in game purchase then they lose their free perks. After I read what everyone was saying I REALIZED THAT I MADE MY FIRST IN GAME PURCHASE A FEW MONTHS AGO!! I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU WOULD GIVE ME BACK THOSE THINGS THAT YOU TOOK FROM ME!!

Hi all, I am hoping someone can help. I have been stuck on level 4334 for a few weeks and when I looked at ways to help pass the level, I realised that my board was different from others. I have done all that I can to reset this including deleting the App, updating my phone, joining King as I previously used Facebook to log in. I have cleared all my history and cookies. Last night I thought I had cracked it as the other board opened for me but once I had used my lives and waited for more to be available, the game reverted to the old board. Any help would be appreciated.
