Hello, EVERY TIME I try to watch an ad to get extra moves in candy crush I get a black screen. Lose my game, have to restart. I have researched this and apparently it has been reported for over two years. Still no resolve. I have done every thing suggested as empty the cache.... then completely uninstalled and reinstalled (lost all my lives that have been given, lost all my color bombs, stripes and jellies etc) Very disgusting. When will this be resolved? Thanks.
