I've never had a Candy Necklace in my game, not even once and I am just a 100 levels away from 10,000. Any idea how or when it will be loaded on all accounts?

Sounds awesome @Crazy Cat Lad, also i just got my win streak back after almost a week! I feel like there was an update as the milestone levels 1,000, 2,000, 3,000 etc have a "special ribbon" on it just like level 10,000 (See image for level 2,000 example.)

I also noticed that win streak 3,4 and 5 in your post have jelly fish in them! Are they going to be in every level type or just jelly, jelly ingredient and jelly order levels? I've also seen in your post win streak 4 and 5 have two colour bombs! Can't wait for it!
So far after i got my streak back, i haven't seen the new features in it yet :/
