I have reinstalled my candy crush game but now can not connect to app store so can not move forward get lives or give lives when I play a came it says failed to coonect to app store can any one help me please

Go to the Settings in the upper right corner of the Saga map in your game. Choose Help Center, then the topic and you'll find 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.
