Masters Trophy challenge

Hi,

I entered the Masters trophy challenge to gain some cool badges.

However, I have played previous levels to upgrade my previous won trophies from Silver to Gold.

When beating a level and gaining Suger stars, it still remains on 11 instead of turning to gold.

I have beat at least 3 levels now, with sugar stars and no joy.

It has worked previously, but not since I started playing this event, WHY? @Crazy Cat Lad

Welcome back to the King Community.

The master title is only available for your top episodes and if you collect Sugar Star from the old levels it will not count for the master title. You have collected 11 Gold Crowns and Sugarstars in the Top Episode and you need to collect 4 more Gold Crowns or Sugar Stars in the Top Episodes to get the Master title.

Can you show me a screenshot of the game map of your top episode?

This is the challenge I have entered. Like I said in the previous post.

I playing some old levels, particularly the old levels in which I have silver trophies. When (showing in the previous picture posted) you have 11/15 and then play a level that you previously played without obtaining suger stars or passing 1st time. Then replay it and then gain suger stars, then you move onto 12/15 and receive a Gold trophy.

It's not doing so, even though I have played previous levels and achieved suger stars which I had not had previously

Hello 👋

What happens is that you are not looking in the right place. That screenshot shows an event from your game, which, as Sukanta explained, only counts in the current episode. To see the total trophies you have to look here

@ffs sometimes you need to pass more old levels to upgrade to a bigger trophy than the game shows! I'm speaking from experience here. I don't know why it's happening. I assume that it's a glitch that affects certain episodes.

When you are collecting Sugar Star from the old levels, the picture will be completely different if you find a new Sugar Star in one level.(The screenshot you gave above 👆is only for your top episode)

Hi,

Screenshots before I have just played an old level

So as you can see, levels 216-230 I have a silver trophy and as you can see I am on 11/15.

Now I have just played level 217 and obtained suger stars which means I should now be 12/15, moving me up to Gold trophy.

Here's the screenshots

It HAS NOT!!! moved on to 12/15 for Gold. As screenshot below shows.

I have played old levels before, when I still have a little time on my boosters and don't want to play new levels, so I know how it works and I have not had issues before, it seems to be happening since I went for the challenge, I recently posted a screenshot of.

@hechicerilla what do you mean 'looking in the wrong place'?????

This is one problem I am having. This site is no longer available to me as well as the site/page that shows trophies. Also, when I go to mailbox to ask friends for life, a tab is shown for trophy but it won't let me open it!! I also don't understand as I go thru c community pages to familiarize myself, I see posts that look totally different than my game ⁉️ I have made sure I have latest updates...so confused!!
